Connect your Salla store to Claude and ChatGPT so they read your store data and fill the prompts for you, automatically.

MCP connects your Salla store data directly with tools like Claude and ChatGPT — track your orders, update your products, and request reports with simple text commands. Watch the video, then follow the steps:

What do you need before you start?

  • An active Salla merchant account with dashboard access.
  • An active paid Salla subscription.
  • A Claude account or a ChatGPT Plus account.

Connecting with Claude

  1. Open Claude settings → Connectors → the add button (+).
  2. Name: salla — URL: https://mcp.salla.dev/mcp
  3. Click Connect, sign in to Salla, and grant the permissions.
  4. In any new chat, click (+), choose Connectors, and enable Salla.

Connecting with ChatGPT

  1. From Salla: the unified settings center → General → Salla AI Connector.
  2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Advanced → enable Developer mode.
  3. Click Create app and enter the URL https://mcp.salla.dev/mcp (OAuth authentication is automatic).
  4. Sign in to Salla and approve the permissions.

Examples of commands you can give after connecting

  • “Give me the latest 10 orders in the store.”
  • “Which products are about to run out of stock?”
  • “Summarize the store's sales performance over the last 30 days.”
  • “Update the quantity of [product name] to 100 units.”

1 · Define your problem

Abandoned carts? Slow sales on a new product? Want to launch a quick ad? Use the “What's your challenge now?” filter at the top and pick the section that solves your crisis.

2 · Open the prompt and fill the fields

Fill in the product, offer, and audience fields and watch the text fill in live in the preview. The more accurate your information, the stronger the result — and you can click “✨ Fill an example” and edit it.

3 · Copy or open directly
